You can invite team members to your Storyblok Partner Portal for free. When adding a member, choose an access level to control what they can manage:

• Member: Can manage spaces and apps
• Owner: Can manage users, spaces, apps, partner account settings, and see finances

1. Open your Storyblok Partner Portal
2. Click Team Management
3. Click + Add Member in the top right corner
4. Enter your colleague's email address
5. Select an access level — Member or Owner
6. Click Save

Your colleague will receive an invitation email. Once they click the link, they'll be prompted to log in or create an account and will immediately have access to your Partner Portal with the assigned role.
