Our support team is happy to help with anything related to Storyblok itself, including the API and our official SDKs. Building and debugging your own project’s code is outside what we can cover, so we’ve listed the best places to get that help below.
What our Support Team can help with
- Finding example projects, boilerplates, and tools for Storyblok.
- Submitting a feature request for the Storyblok editor or API.
- Questions about Storyblok’s roadmap.
- Issues integrating the Storyblok Bridge in your project.
- Advice on setting up your content structure.
- Errors or unexpected behavior coming from the Storyblok API or an official SDK.
What falls outside our support scope
- Step-by-step walkthroughs of our tutorials, or guidance on building a complete project.
- Problems with unofficial or community-built plugins and SDKs.
- Issues in your application that aren’t directly related to the Storyblok API or the Storyblok JavaScript Bridge.
- Your website is slow, and you’re looking to improve the load speed. We recommend checking Stack Overflow or other developer communities for best practices about caching and optimization techniques.
- Running or installing your project’s code. For security reasons, our team can’t execute code or install dependencies from projects sent to us.
- General programming questions and learning the technologies your project uses.
Where to get help
- Installing an SDK or following a tutorial: Our Developer Quickstarts walk you through setting up Storyblok with your framework, and our Developer Documentation and Developer Tutorials cover each step in more detail.
- Data not showing up as expected: Log the API response in your project to see exactly what comes back and how it moves through your code. If the response itself looks wrong, send us the request and the response, and we’ll check it on our side.
- Performance and caching: Our Caching Documentation is the best place to start, followed by developer communities like Stack Overflow for best practices about caching and optimization techniques.
- Programming questions: The Storyblok Discord community, Stack Overflow, and Reddit all have active developer discussions.
