Only the Space Owner or Admin users with subscription permissions can manage the VAT number.

To add or update your VAT number:

1. Access your space.
2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Select Subscription.
4. Click Billing Preferences / Invoices.
5. In Stripe's billing portal, locate the Billing and shipping information area and click Update Information.
6. Select the appropriate Tax ID type, then type your VAT number in the Tax ID section and save your changes.

A valid VAT number may allow invoices to be issued without VAT under the reverse charge mechanism, where applicable.

Note: If no VAT number is provided, or if the VAT number is invalid, VAT may be applied to your invoice according to local tax regulations.
