Coupon codes can be applied during the checkout process when selecting a subscription plan. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Settings > Subscription > Select Plan
2. Choose one of the available self-service plans to proceed to the checkout page
3. On the checkout page, locate the promotion code field, enter your coupon code, and click Apply
4. Add your card details and click Subscribe

Note: If the Subscription tab is not visible, ensure you are logged in as the space owner or as a user with permission to manage billing and payment information.
